Bro Jacko Flint in Kenya and the support he is given by Middlesex Masons in the various masonic Orders of which he is a member. Four thousand miles away on the other side of Africa similar masonic charitable work is being accomplished in Ghana, also by a Middlesex Mason, W. Bro Sam Adjorlolo LGR, who is a member of St Clair Lodge and Chapter No 2902 in the Province and also of Empire Lodge and Chapter No 2108 in Metropolitan Grand Lodge/Chapter.

London Wheelpower Sports Festival 2024On Thursday 14th November, 2024, the Middlesex Masonic Sports Association (MMSA) will be arranging and sponsoring an event at the Aspire Leisure Centre in Stanmore where all children aged between 12 and 18, that are wheelchair users and live or go to school in the Province of Middlesex, will be invited to a junior sports camp. With the assistance of the full team at “Wheelpower” (British Wheelchair Sport) coaches, and several paralympians, we will introduce the children to Wheelchair sports such as tennis, basketball, hockey and many others. Events will be held on the track and in the main sports hall. This will be the third time that Middlesex Freemasons, via the MMSA have supported this event. I hope you agree, this will be a wonderful and inspirational opportunity for the children.

With A Cable Tow Around Your NeckStrawberry Hill Lodge No 946 have now received their Nautical Cable Tow (shown above). This is unique to the Lodge, being adorned with their Banner colours. The Cable Tow will enhance future Lodge Initiations for both the Candidate and Lodge Members. Indeed, there is a case for purchasing two, especially for Double ceremonies. Seeing Out The Old YearRichmond Hill Lodge No 6698 held their regular meeting on Thursday 25th January 2024, which was to be their last meeting in the Lodge’s 75th Anniversary year. It was made special with a double Initiation ceremony for Christopher Britton and Piotr Tomaszewski and by the surprise visit from W. Bro Jim Mitchell PSGD – Provincial Deputy Grand Master, together with W. Bro Bob Rough PSGD – Assistant Provinical Grand Master and . Ian Ferguson – PAGStdB – Assistant Provinical Grand Master. They were accompanied by W. Bro Lloyd Bubb, Provincial Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies.

150 Years Of Burdett ChapterBurdett Chapter No 1293 was consecrated on 29th November 1873 and celebrated its sesquicentenary in great style in December 2023 at the Twickenham District Masonic Centre. Jubilant Jubilee ChapterJubilee Chapter No 8822 recently celebrated its 25th Anniversary at the Installation Convocation held on 10th January 2024. There were 67 companions in attendance and the event was marked by an official visit by the 2nd Provincial Grand Principal, E. Comp Peter de Wolfe PAGDC accompanied by the Provincial Escort Team. The attendees included 12 of the original founders and 2 of the consecrating officers.
